This is what caused the trouble in Antrim today when this was found in the river during the clean up. The area around the Antrim Forum had to be closed off and the Bomb Squad called in. THE THINGS YOU CAN FIND IN THE RIVER THESE DAYS Attachments:

Well Derek whats the lateist on the river. You right if they are going to start dumping that kind of suff in the river we all need to keep our eyes open.

I had a nice river trout me self last season about a pound and a half and I wouid agree with u about Dunadry. Some times you have to go to places that arnt fished that much by other anglers. most people fish around Dunadry because it easy excess but as we both know there are alot of other throws on the river if you take the time to look for them.

Over the last few months a lot of work has been carried out at the Dam. A new slipway and access to it have been put in so that weed control can be made easier by boat. The level in the dam had to be dropped for this work to take place which gave the opportunity to remove a lot of silt that had settled at the car park end of the dam.
