Newsletter Farming Life article from Saturday last, Danny Kinahan questioning DCAL Minister about illegal commercial fishing on Lough Neagh. She mentions over one hundred persons detected fishing illegally and seizure of nets and longlines but no mention is made of prosecution for some reason. Does this level of exploitation seem sustainable?
