where is potterswall dam?, wanting to take a run up sometime to check it out but no clue where it is.. not seeing any info anywhere on the net

when was at potterswalls,seen the hut was locked up,who locked this hut?is that hut not for the club members to go into in bad weather?.who took it upon themselves to lock this,and were is the key?
